Three leaks between the ad click and the dental chair.
Most practices see clicks and leads in their reports. Few see what a new implant patient actually cost, or whether the tracking is sending health details where it should not.
01
Paying implant prices for cleaning clicks
Dental implants near me runs about $38 a click.1 When implants, cleanings and emergencies share one campaign, budget goes to the cheapest searches, not the most valuable ones.
02
Tracking that is risky and broken
Pixels on appointment forms can send health details to ad platforms. Meta now restricts many lead and booking events for health advertisers anyway,2 so ads optimise on bad signals.
03
Calls nobody answers
In one vendor study of 4,280 calls across 26 practices, 38% of calls in business hours went unanswered.3 Every missed call is ad spend down the drain.
What we do differently
Built around procedures, privacy and the front desk.
01
Procedure campaigns
Implants, full-arch, Invisalign, emergency and new-patient each get their own budget, ads and landing page. Bids follow case value, not click price.
02
Privacy-first tracking
Server-side conversions, neutral event names, HIPAA-eligible form and call vendors under BAA, and no ad tags on pages that collect health details.
03
The New-Patient Scorecard
Every Monday: booked new patients, show rate and cost per new patient by procedure, pulled from your PMS where possible.
04
Front-desk call grading
Every ad call is reviewed. Missed calls are flagged, and your team gets short coaching notes, such as a caller who asked about implant cost and was not offered a consult.

Questions owners ask
- How much does dental PPC management cost?
- From $1,150 a month for up to $4,000 a month in ad spend, plus a one-time $750 setup that includes a privacy-first tracking rebuild. Ad spend is paid directly to Google and Meta on your card.
- How much should a dental practice spend on Google Ads?
- Most general practices start at $2,000 to $5,000 a month. Implant and full-arch campaigns usually need $4,000 or more because clicks cost more. Dental implants near me averaged about $38 a click in a September 2026 DataForSEO pull, against about $13 for dentist near me.1
- Is your tracking HIPAA compliant?
- No agency can honestly promise HIPAA compliance for your whole practice. Here is what we do. We keep protected health information out of Google and Meta, use form and call-tracking vendors that sign Business Associate Agreements, send conversions server-side with neutral names, and do not place ad tags on patient portals or pages that collect health details. Google says it does not sign BAAs for Google Analytics and tells HIPAA-regulated entities not to send it PHI.4 Your own counsel should sign off on your setup.
- Do you run Local Services Ads for dentists?
- Yes. Dentists are an eligible LSA category in the US where Google offers it.5 You pay per valid lead, and we handle verification, budget and disputes.
- Can Facebook ads work for dentists after Meta's health restrictions?
- Yes, with changes. Meta restricts many lead and appointment events for health-related advertisers,2 so we optimise on permitted signals, use Meta lead forms or neutral events, and judge campaigns on booked new patients from your own data.
- Do you require a contract?
- No. Month to month with 30 days' notice. Campaigns usually stabilise over 60 to 90 days, and we tell you that up front.
- Who owns the accounts?
- You do: Google Ads, Meta, call-tracking numbers and data, all in the practice's name.
- Will you work with the practice down the road?
- We take one practice per area for the same procedure focus. We agree the radius or ZIP list with you in writing before we start.
- Do you guarantee new patients?
- No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. We guarantee transparency: published pricing, weekly scorecards, no contract and account ownership.
See what a new patient really costs you, and whether your tracking is leaking data.
